In the pre-sale round, the target price per unit was $ 0.24 (twenty-four cents) per token with a 10% token pool allocation. The price of the token on the ICO will increase by 60%, and will be $ 0.36 (thirty-six cents) per unit. As for the remaining 21%: 20% are distributed to the company's shareholders and early investors; 10% is allocated to the team members; 5% of the allocations for the referral scheme of the Sharevest platform community, 3% for the Bounty and 2% for legal and consulting expenses.

THE SHAREVEST ICO

Sharevest will be targeting an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) from May 2018, to obtain financial backing of $21MM. The funds will ensure that we can disrupt the obsolete, dysfunctional financial system of raising capital in private markets and the exchange of shares with a blockchain solution. The ICO will be used to finance developing the platform, marketing operations, adoption incentives and team expansion including the necessary sales team.

The ICO, which launches our own SVX token, will also give supporters a chance to be involved with Sharevest. We have already achieved a lot and brought together a skilled team alongside product development.
